In-person counselling in Belfast for adults who feel overwhelmed, anxious, or stuck

A calm, supportive space where we work together to make sense of what you’re experiencing, helping you feel more grounded, more able to trust yourself, and less overwhelmed by your thoughts and emotions.

You might recognise yourself in this…

  • Feeling stuck or unsure how to move forward

  • Overthinking or second-guessing yourself

  • Feeling overwhelmed or struggling to manage your emotions

  • Finding it hard to trust yourself or feel confident in your decisions

  • Feeling disconnected from yourself, even when things look “fine” on the outside

  • Struggling with boundaries or feeling drained in relationships

  • Wanting to understand yourself more deeply, including how your past or neurodivergent experiences may be shaping things

What it’s like to work together

I offer in-person counselling in Belfast, working at your pace.

Sessions are calm, relational, and reflective. There is no pressure to speak in any particular way or to have things “figured out”-we begin with where you are.

Over time, we explore what may be contributing to how you’re feeling, including patterns in the present and experiences from the past that may still be shaping things today. We may also begin to notice how different thoughts, emotions, or parts of yourself show up, and how you relate to them.

Alongside this, we gently look towards what matters to you, and what it might mean to move in that direction in a way that feels manageable and true to you.

The aim is not to change who you are, but to help you feel more connected to yourself, more self-compassionate, and more able to trust your own internal sense of direction.
