Individual counselling sessions are £60 per 50-minute session. Sessions are typically held weekly, at a regular time.

Payment can be made by bank transfer, and I ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or rearrange a session.

I have a small number of discretionary reduced-fee spaces available. These are currently full, but you’re welcome to ask about availability in the future.

Alongside my in-person private practice, I also work as an online therapist with another organisation. Their fees are set independently, so may differ from the rates listed here.
